1. Log into Stardoll
2. Go to the link below
www.stardoll.com/en/toolbar/conduit/download.php
3. Click Free Download button
4. Once the toolbar is downloaded, install it
(I used Mozilla Firefox, and when the toolbar was downloaded, I just had to reload - close and open - my browser)
If everything went succesfully, you should find the bag in a Starplaza box in your suite. :]
